I am a lecturer at Boston University in the Department of Earth and Environment (formerly Geography and Environment) and currently serve as the Professional MA Program Advisor for the MA degree programs offered by the Department of Earth and Environment. I have also held a secondary appointment as a lecturer in the Department of International Relations . Areas of Interest I apply the tools of Geography, Economics and Regional Science to address policy relevant questions related to energy, the environment and sustainability. I have a general interest in the processes by which society relies upon and impacts nature to try and determine ways in which those processes may be made more sustainable to improve long term human prosperity and well being.
